Sourdough After Dark was born in a quiet Livermore kitchen, where loaves came to life long after the world had gone to sleep. Between caring for little ones and running a busy home daycare by day, baking became a moment of calm — a way to slow down, create, and connect through something simple and timeless.
Each loaf is made by hand with organic ingredients, filtered water, and patience — never rushed, always naturally fermented. What began as a way to unwind after long days soon filled the house with the smell of freshly baked bread, and eventually, filled the neighborhood with smiles.
